HYDERABAD: Hyderabad Electric Supply Company (HESCO) Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Asadullah on Wednesday termed employees as assets of the company and assured that their problems would be resolved in time.
He said this in a meeting with Labour Union’s delegation which was headed by its President Abdul Latif Nizamani. The meeting discussed the problems faced by the employees including timely disbursement of dues after retirement, grant of one month basic salary as bonus as well as provision of transport facility.
Asadullah informed the delegation that the management has been making all the efforts to address the employees’ issues. However, HESCO’s chief emphasised upon the employees to discharge their responsibilities with honesty, dedication and devotion and make the company profitable by pursuing the decisions of the management for control of line losses, issuance of correct mobile metre reading and recovery of outstanding dues.
